11 retiring LEGO sets not to miss in Amazon's Black Friday 2025 deals

Amazon has slashed prices on dozens of retiring LEGO sets as its Black Friday 2025 deals kick off early, offering a final chance to save.

We are weeks away from the end of the year and that means waving goodbye to dozens of LEGO sets. Some retiring builds might even disappear quicker, especially if deals like the ones Amazon has just launched have anything to do with it.

To kick us off, LEGO Creator 3-in-1 31154 Forest Animals: Red Fox is reduced by 25%, bringing the price down to just £33.92. That's a steal for this gem of a set, an example of how impressive the building techniques and design language are in Creator sets.

Speaking of impressive builds, some of the best standalone sets from the modern era of LEGO Hogwarts are also retiring at the end of 2025, namely 76430 Hogwarts Castle Owlery and 76428 Hagrid’s Hut: An Unexpected Visit. Both can be displayed solo and are discounted by nearly a third. To round out your LEGO wizarding school, 76426 Hogwarts Castle Boathouse is also an excellent entry point to the collection.

Turning to a different brick-built franchise from a galaxy far, far away, now is the ideal time to plug a couple of gaps in LEGO Star Wars' mid-range collections with 75304 Darth Vader Helmet and 75376 Tantive IV, both reduced by around £20 a piece. These sets have been known to sell out at Amazon in the past, so we'd recommend moving fast if they're on your wishlist. Plus, 75387 Boarding the Tantive IV is reduced by almost a third, bringing the price down to just £33.99.

Plus, with 21064 Paris – City of Love marking a new (and more expensive) direction for mid-range LEGO Architecture sets, now is the ideal time to save on retiring Skylines models, with 21028 New York City discounted by 20% and 21044 Paris by a massive 25%.
