12 LEGO June 2024 releases that pair well together

A whole host of new LEGO sets are now available and there are quite a few that pair well together, whether by design or coincidentally.

From LEGO Ideas to NINJAGO and Star Wars to Disney, several of the June 1 LEGO releases seem perfect for one another and it may be worth picking them up together for a more intriguing display.

You can click here to see what's new on the official online store and in your local LEGO store, but those in the US are waiting until August for most of the new sets. Otherwise, here are 12 LEGO June 2024 releases that pair well together.

The Mandalorian Season 3 combo

LEGO Star Wars' 75373 Ambush on Mandalore Battle Pack and 75386 Paz Vizsla and Moff Gideon Battle are arguably the most obvious models to pair in the June 2024 selection since the new The Mandalorian Season 3 playsets are designed to connect into a more fleshed-out scene.

The instructions provide details on how to connect them, but you might be able to spot a clip on the side of 75373 Ambush on Mandalore Battle Pack as a clue.

A purr-fect pair

We're not quite sure what the LEGO Group's obsession is with cats in the summer 2024 selection with both 21349 Tuxedo Cat and 43247 Young Simba the Lion King now on shelves.

These two life-sized cats may look quite different, but there's no doubt that they'll make for one of the most interesting summer 2024 LEGO displays. You could even add 43243 Simba the Lion King Cub to the mix, though it's not quite on the same scale.

LEGO NINJAGO's new tournament

71814 Tournament Temple City and 71818 Tournament Battle Arena are also designed to connect and those picking up the former set soon will also score another connecting polybag.

Together, the two tournament sets create a more complete collection of arenas for whatever tournament is in store for the team later this year. You'll be able to reunite a pair of Ultra Agents minifigure designs as well.

Sightseeing in LEGO City

LEGO City's 60407 Red Double-Decker Sightseeing Bus advertises 60421 Robot World Roller-Coaster Park and 60422 Seaside Harbor with Cargo Ship in its signage but we've picked the latter for this combination.

The bus would look more convincing alongside the harbour scene than it would beside 60421 Robot World Roller-Coaster Park and the beach build may be more appealing to minifigure tourists too.

A better Great Hall

As part of LEGO Harry Potter's most-detailed Hogwarts Castle recreation ever, 76435 Hogwarts Castle: The Great Hall can be paired with 76431 Hogwarts Castle: Potions Class to upgrade the base of the build with an enclosed classroom space.

Together, the two sets come with a wealth of staff and students to populate the pair too but you'll have to choose between the bathroom or the Hufflepuff common room to fit 76431 Hogwarts Castle: Potions Class in a slot.

Inside Out 2 double trouble

We've been waiting a while for LEGO Inside Out sets and with the sequel's release coming in just a couple of weeks, the LEGO Group has released not one, but two LEGO Inside Out 2 sets.

The 40749 Joy, Sadness & Anxiety BrickHeadz trio pack pairs well with 43248 Inside Out 2 Mood Cubes as a combined homage to the new movie and a showcase of both Joy and Anxiety as figures are included for both in the latter set.
