2024 isn't just the year of LEGO food trucks, but rumour has it that it's also the year of LEGO battle packs from Star Wars to Marvel and more.
It's only January and we've already received an odd arrangement of LEGO battle packs, including one for LEGO Star Wars,
Rumour has it that the 2024 roster of LEGO battle packs is going to double this year though as another Star Wars and Marvel set could be joining the selection. For Star Wars, 75373 Mandalorian vs. Super Commando Battle Pack is rumoured for June 1, 2024, for $19.99 featuring 109 pieces with two Super Commandos, Koshka Reeves and a Nite Owl Mandalorian.
LEGO Star Wars battle packs are fairly standard and it's not often that NINJAGO or any other theme receives the same treatment, especially multiple themes in a year. That's exactly what's rumoured to happen later this year though.
As well as Star Wars and NINJAGO, LEGO Marvel may see the release of 76287 Iron Legion vs. Ultron Bots on August 1 for $14.99, which was first reported to be a battle pack. Take this rumour with a pinch of salt as well as that of 75373 Mandalorian vs. Super Commando Battle Pack, but should these reports be accurate, it could be a standout year for LEGO battle packs.
