Some of the best part usage in the new LEGO Botanicals 2025 sets

Four new LEGO Botanicals sets for 2025 have been revealed and they continue to demonstrate the versatility of the LEGO element portfolio.

The LEGO Botanical Collection (now its own theme under the name Botanicals) sets have always been a great source of oddly-coloured parts and some of the strangest but most effective usage of such elements. The four newly revealed LEGO Botanicals models have showcased that this won't be stopping next year.

Looking through 10342 Pretty Pink Flower Bouquet, 10343 Mini Orchid, 10344 Lucky Bamboo and 10345 Flower Arrangement, here are some of the best examples of ingenious part usage we've spotted in the four upcoming sets.

Wizardly wands

Lime green wizard wands from LEGO Harry Potter make up part of the lilies in 10345 Flower Arrangement, effectively portraying the thinnest part of the flower while offering the part in an uncommon colour.

Plenty of axe heads

10342 Pretty Pink Flower Bouquet's ranunculus looks to be a complex and repetitive build utilising dozens of axe heads in various shades of orange. Fire-themed minifigure armies need to look no further for armaments.

Enough shields for a small army

Joining the axe heads in 10342 Pretty Pink Flower Bouquet and also appearing in 10343 Mini Orchid are some flesh-coloured shields for pets (or for minifigures to use) ready to equip a minifigure army shockingly effecting in just one set.

Frogs, again

After the likes of 10281 Bonsai Tree, LEGO frogs have earned a permanent home in the LEGO Botanicals range and they appear again in white in 10342 Pretty Pink Flower Bouquet though there are not nearly as many of them this time.

A boatload of butterflies

Outnumbering the frogs massively in 2025's LEGO Botanicals sets are an array of purple butterflies in 10345 Flower Arrangement making up what appear to be hydrangeas. Those wanting to add some wildlife to their LEGO displays will be well-catered to with this set.

Umbrellas, crowns and clam shells

Seemingly depicting yellow peonies in 10345 Flower Arrangement, three specific parts are used to great effect – the Angry Birds crown element, clam shells and minifigure umbrellas.
