Buggy
Buggy is the second LEGO One Piece minifigure worth highlighting in this list, and not just for the base minifigure itself.
Buggy's specialised hat element recreates the character's headwear nicely, but you can take the head off of the base minifigure and place it onto a much smaller body, referencing Buggy's tiny form from the Netflix series. It's a good use of a few pieces to expand on a minifigure, which isn't in many of the other August sets.
