The 2025 LEGOLAND exclusive LEGO set has been revealed, offering a better look at the brand-new build and how it compares to the real deal.
After 40810 LEGOLAND Park Portal was first spotted on the official online store's instructions page, the LEGOLAND Windsor X account shared a much better look at the latest exclusive theme park build. It's pictured alongside the other LEGOLAND-exclusive models currently available, but whether 40810 LEGOLAND Park Portal is out now is unknown.
With 323 pieces, we can see that the set depicts the new style of park portals featured in the more recent LEGOLAND parks, as well as a variety of stickers to customise the signage. The included sticker sheet even covers the upcoming Shanghai park.
You can see how this new style of park portal compares to the real deal from LEGOLAND New York. It's most notably lacking the minifigures and mini-dolls that populate the sign, but they wouldn't make much sense at this scale and with minifigure guests heading into the park. There are still empty spaces to add any if you'd like.

Given the reveal by LEGOLAND Windsor, you can likely expect to find the set on shelves in the theme parks and Discovery Centres worldwide soon, though this is only speculation based on past exclusives.
