LEGO Minecraft's first 18+ set is launching later this year but it's far from the theme's biggest build by piece count or size – that released years ago.
After 11 years of the full theme and 12 years since 21102 Minecraft Micro World - The Forest, LEGO Minecraft is joining the LEGO for Adults collection with
With the many smaller elements that make up the latest LEGO Minecraft Micro World set, 21265 Crafting Table launches on August 1 and pre-orders are open now. In the meantime, here are the five biggest LEGO Minecraft sets ever designed in order of piece count ascending.
5 – 21136 The Ocean Monument
Price: £119.99 / $119.99 / €119.99 Pieces: 1,122 Release date: August 1, 2017

21136 The Ocean Monument is one of the only sets to depict the underwater landmark in the theme so far and surpasses 1,100 pieces, making it the fifth largest LEGO Minecraft set ever designed.
The build consists mostly of aquatic-coloured elements in uncommon colours, though it's not the most visually-exciting creation.
4 – 21265 The Crafting Table
Price: £79.99 / $89.99 / €89.99 Pieces: 1,195 Release date: August 1, 2024

21265 The Crafting Table is not the largest LEGO Minecraft set by volume, but it at least makes it onto the list of huge Minecraft models thanks to the many smaller elements that make up the 1,195 Micro World diorama.
21265 The Crafting Table is intended to be a display set but with secrets to discover and some customisability via a selection of tiles that can ba added onto the base of the build.
3 – 21188 The Llama Village
Price: £114.99 / $129.99 / €129.99 Pieces: 1,252 Release date: June 1, 2022

21188 The Llama Village from 2022 depicts a towering Llama recreation that serves as a home for villagers and players alike as well as a rare depiction of a Savannah biome in LEGO Minecraft. 21188 The Llama Village has 1,252 pieces overall.
It's one of the most unique-looking LEGO Minecraft models so far and ideal for Llama enthusiasts and it's interesting to see a player-made village in LEGO Minecraft since these structures don't naturally generate in-game.
2 – 21128 The Village
Price: £179.99 / $199.99 / €199.99 Pieces: 1,600 Release date: June 1, 2016

At exactly 1,600 pieces, 21128 The Village was the original huge LEGO Minecraft set from the earlier days of the theme. It's by far the most complete depiction of a village to date, despite the Minecraft village design changing over the years.
While it's the biggest LEGO Minecraft set by surface area, it's still not quite the most massive model in the theme to date as that launched one year later.
1 – 21137 The Mountain Cave
