The reveal of the massive LEGO Star Wars 75419 Death Star prompts an update to the list of the biggest LEGO sets, where it certainly has a spot.
Despite some qualms with its price throughout the community, and in our own review, there's simply no denying that 75419 Death Star is huge, easily slotting into the list of the biggest LEGO sets ever made, but you might be surprised to learn that it still doesn't take the top spot.
75419 Death Star may have over 9,000 pieces, but that's not quite the highest benchmark it would need to surpass to top every other LEGO set in terms of size. It might have that title in volume, but the official method of measuring LEGO set size is by looking at the piece count specifically. This method may not be perfect (as you'll see later in the list), but it keeps things consistent, and it's the metric the LEGO Group uses on the official list of the largest sets.
Without further ado, here's the updated list of the biggest LEGO sets of all time, by piece count ascending, as of September 2025.
10 – LEGO NINJAGO 71799 NINJAGO City Markets
Price: £319.99 / $369.99 / €369.99 Pieces: 6,163 Year: 2023 Available:

Despite the new addition to this list, LEGO NINJAGO still manages to take the last spot, thanks to its 6,163-piece
9 – LEGO Icons 10316 The Lord of the Rings: Rivendell
Price: £429.99 / $499.99 / €499.99 Pieces: 6,167 Year: 2023 Available:

8 – LEGO Star Wars 75331 The Razor Crest
Price: £519.99 / $599.99 / €599.99 Pieces: 6,187 Year: 2022 Available:

The eighth spot on the updated list of the biggest LEGO sets of all time brings with it our first foray into LEGO Star Wars. 75331 The Razor Crest swoops in as the smallest of the Ultimate Collector Series Star Wars sets on this list, but with the brand recognition of The Mandalorian (and Grogu) behind it. With the new movie coming to the big screen next year, 2025 marks your last chance to catch up on 75331 The Razor Crest and its full interior for £519.99 / $599.99 / €599.99 with 6,187 pieces and two exclusive minifigures.
7 – LEGO Star Wars 75313 AT-AT
Price: £734.99 / $849.99 / €849.99 Pieces: 6,785 Year: 2021 Available: Retired

There's no stopping LEGO Star Wars when it comes to big builds, as 75313 AT-AT stomped onto the scene in 2021 to rival 75192 Millennium Falcon in price and size. While it has now been hugely overtaken by the latest LEGO Star Wars reveal, the 6,785-piece build is still a commendable achievement for the theme's design team, especially for its strong structure on those four slender legs.
6 – LEGO Star Wars 75192 Millennium Falcon
Price: £734.99 / $849.99 / €849.99 Pieces: 7,541 Year: 2017 Available:

4 – LEGO Icons 10276 Colosseum
Pieces: 9,036 Year: 2020 Price: £474.99 / $549.99 / €549.99 Available: Retired

10276 Colosseum represents one of the most historical and iconic landmarks around the world, and it was also the first set to break the 9,000-piece barrier in 2020. This barrier is becoming easier to surpass in recent years, but the LEGO Group had to start somewhere, and that somewhere was the introdicate, if repetitive 10276 Colosseum.
3 – LEGO Icons 10294 Titanic
Price: £589.99 / $679.99 / €679.99 Pieces: 9,090 Year: 2021 Available:

10294 Titanic would have been the biggest LEGO set of all time when it sailed onto shelves in 2021, had it not been for the set in first place on this list. In 2025, it still has to settle for bronze – but that doesn’t detract from how much of an incredible achievement this set is, coming in at a blistering 1.35m long. It also doesn't distract from an example of how much more expensive licensed builds are, since
2 – LEGO Icons 10307 Eiffel Tower
Price: £554.99 / $629.99 / €629.99 Pieces: 10,001 Year: 2022 Available:

Who needs a Christmas tree when you can cover the colossal 10307 Eiffel Tower in tinsel and fairy lights? The Paris LEGO Icons landmark recreation has 10,001 pieces (someone at the LEGO Group really wanted this to be over 10,000 pieces) and measures 58.5 inches or 149cm high. As you can see in the images above, it's sure to dominate whatever room you place it in, and it's not a build for the inexperienced LEGO fan.
1 – LEGO Art 31203 World Map
Price: £214.99 / $249.99 / €249.99 Pieces: 11,695 Year: 2021 Available: Retired

Believe it or not, by using the metric of piece count as the basis for this list, the retired £214.99 / $249.99 / €249.99 31203 World Map is the biggest LEGO set of all time with 11,695 elements. In terms of volume, it's far from the biggest LEGO set, but thanks to a plethora of one-stud tiles for the mosaic display, 31203 World Map still holds the title of the biggest LEGO set of all time by piece count, though at this rate it won't be in the top spot for long.
