The fifth series of the LEGO BrickLink Designer Program has revealed over 300 submissions that could become future sets as voting begins.
Just as crowdfunding for Series 2 is about to start later this week, it's time to have your say on 306 models submitted for the fifth series of the LEGO BrickLink Designer Program. As usual, these consist of a mix of mostly Castle-inspired creations as well as modular buildings and more varied, smaller builds.
Here's a small selection of the over 300 submissions that you can react to now on the BrickLink website using the emoji-based voting system. The crowd vote will, always, influence which designs are picked for crowdfunding alongside internal guidelines.
The Portal of Shadows by BrentWaller is an especially interesting twist on the many Castle models that usually form part of the BrickLink Designer Program series, adding a fantastical element that reminds us of 8078 Portal of Atlantis mixed with World of Warcraft.
The Canal Lock by paupadros is a different kind of modular building than we're used to seeing in the BrickLink Designer Program, adding a cross-section of a canal to your city in a stylish street design.
You can browse all 306 submissions into the fifth series by clicking here and vote on as many models as you'd like from now until June 14. Crowdfunding for the second series starts later this week and we've reviewed the limited-edition LEGO Pirates set here.
