New York Comic-Con's Marvel panel has confirmed more X-Men '97, giving the LEGO Group an excuse for more X-Men sets in 2026 and beyond.
The rise of X-Men '97 on Disney+ in 2024 provided the LEGO Group with a reason to finally return to the beloved superhero team through a quartet of sets, including one of LEGO Marvel's biggest. Now, Marvel has announced that the series will be back for a second season next summer, and a third further in the future.
Based on the production schedule for the first two seasons of X-Men '97, a release for Season 3 in 2027 at the earliest is plausible. This should give the LEGO Group sufficient reason to keep its eyes on the X-Men in the near and distant future.
The four LEGO X-Men '97 sets covered a wide variety of models, and now that the series will be sticking around in 2026 and beyond, the LEGO Group has plenty of reasons to return to these characters for years to come. Everything from a construction figure to a modular building is already under the show's belt.
Nothing has been confirmed at the time of writing, but this specific series has been plentiful for sets in the past and it may be worth watching this space in 2026 and beyond.

While there were many other announcements at the Marvel panel, including Vision Quest, Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man Season 2, Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 and Wonder Man, none of these projects have inspired LEGO content thus far.
