The online store has revealed the first look at LEGO The Lord of The Rings: The Shire set, bringing Hobbiton to life like never before.
The designer signing event page for LEGO Icons 10354 The Lord of the Rings: The Shire is now live on LEGO.com. It not only confirms that Kenyon Andrew Brady will be signing copies of the set next month. It also showcases the first image of The Lord of the Rings model, which has yet to be properly revealed. There's no full listing on LEGO.com at the time of writing, but images of the build are freely available on the event page.
10354 The Lord of The Rings: The Shire has a single image attached to the page, showcasing the contents of the set but not the interior of Bag End. The underground dwelling is the model's main focus, expanding on the likes of 79003 An Unexpected Gathering with more elements and minifigures of Gandalf and many Hobbit characters.

Aside from Bag End, various scenes from Bilbo's farewell party are featured, including a tent and a stage, as well as Gandalf's horse-drawn cart, which was previously represented in 2012's 9469 Gandalf Arrives.
Hopefully, images of Bag End's interior will follow soon so we can properly compare this build to 79003 An Unexpected Gathering. At the time of writing, no piece count or price is confirmed as only the event page mentions the set on LEGO.com. A release date is also not known, but given that this signing is on April 5, the set will need to be available on that day.
The signing will take place on April 5 from 10:00am to 12:00pm GMT at the Leicester Square store, with up to three copies of the model available per person while stocks last. This date suggests that a reveal is forthcoming, but that's only speculation on our part.
