In the UK, the Make and Take will be taking place between 10:00am to 12:00pm on July 12 and 12:00pm to 2:00pm on July 13. In Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, participating LEGO Stores will be giving away the boombox from 3:00pm to 5:00pm on July 2 and 3.

US dates for the Make and Take have not been confirmed at the time of writing, but expect it to take place in July in the region as well. Before then, the World Play Day Planet model will be given away in LEGO Stores in a couple of days.
