Don't forget to download Brick Search for LEGO Spider-Verse minifigure scanning

Time is running out to prepare for the new series of LEGO Spider-Verse minifigure by downloading the minifigure-scanning Brick Search app.

In case you've been living under a rock, 71050 Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse is launching soon, featuring 12 minifigures and accessories based on the recent animated movie, ahead of the third film in the trilogy. As is the norm with the LEGO Group's series of minifigures, each minifigure is blind-boxed. At £3.49 in the UK, $4.99 in the US and €3.99 in Europe per box, you'll want to avoid finding any duplicates to keep the cost down.

Thankfully, the LEGO Group's move to blind boxes rather than bags came with the introduction of a data matrix code on the bottom of each box, a code that you can scan with the right tool to figure out which minifigure is in the box. This strategy will work once more for 71050 Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, and Brick Search is the tool you need to find all 12 minifigures, or the specific characters you want.

Brick Search is available to download now on Android and iOS, and scanning is simple and quick. The Brick Search app works without an internet connection, can be used to scan multiple box codes at once and delivers instant, on-screen results. Download early to get used to the app and be as prepared as possible for Monday. The app will be available to download after they've launched too, but let's be honest, you want to get scanning right away.
