LEGO Collectible Minifigures series confirmed for May 2026

LEGO Collectible Minifigures series confirmed for May 2026

A tease in the official LEGO catalogue for 2026 confirms that there will be another LEGO Collectible Minifigures series released in May.

The official LEGO catalogue for 2026 is already out in some regions, and Promobricks has shared images of the German edition. On the page promoting LEGO Collectible Minifigures 71051 Animals Series 28 ahead of its release on January 1, the catalogue also confirms when the next series will be coming out.

Series 29 will launch in May, following the same release schedule as previous years. However, there's no further official clues as to what the next series could be.

2025 saw three CMF series hit shelves: 71048 Series 27 in January, 71049 F1 Collectibles in May, and 71050 Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse in September. Each one features 12 minifigures (or buildable cars) in a blind box, so you can't tell which one you're going to get at first glance.

If there are specific CMFs that you're after from any series, Brick Search's minifigure scanner can tell you what's in the box before you buy, so you can either skip over any you don't want altogether or scan your way to any missing minifigures. To make sure you're ready for the release of 71051 Animals Series 28 on January 1, download Brick Search on iOS and Android today.
