While Szass Tam is located within the Forgotten Realms setting and Tasha the Witch Queen has been known to travel to the setting from time to time, Strahd von Zarovich is located solely in Barovia, separate from the Forgotten Realms.
Similarly, The Lady of Pain watches over Sigil at the centre of the Dungeons & Dragons multiverse and while she could travel to the Forgotten Realms, it’s not a likely occurrence.
