Patch up LEGO Fortnite 77072 Peely Bone by doubling up

LEGO Fortnite's range of sets is especially mixed, including the unique 77072 Peely Bone, but making this model more normal is entirely possible.

The four official LEGO Fortnite sets are some of the most varied and colourful builds we've seen in a single theme to date, especially including 77072 Peely Bone. The character recreation depicts the half-skeleton, half-humanoid-banana Peely Bone outfit and since its launch last month, the question of whether you could make a full Peely depiction has been up in the air.

Thankfully, Ant Bandit on YouTube and Rebrickable has the answer and the instructions to patch up LEGO Peely. By picking up a second copy of 77072 Peely Bone and 10 additional pieces, a complete LEGO Peely can be yours.

The banana-based fix has instructions available to download for $2 on Rebrickable and you can pick up one or two copies of the set now for £89.99 / $99.99 / €99.99. Their design uses a custom sticker for the mouth as well since only half the mouth is provided on a yellow tile in the official set.

It's an impressive effort since it's not as simple as mirroring the banana half of 77072 Peely Bone. Their leg is built in a specific way to be stepping on the rock and that must have been challenging to create using mostly pieces from the set.

The complete banana figure is still unique, but not quite as unique as before and it's surely only a matter of time until someone creates a custom complete Peely Bone with the skeleton on both sides. For now, you at least have the option of displaying a full Peely figure in your LEGO collection.
