What could be the first in a series of events for LEGO Fortnite starts soon in the form of Build It Week, inspiring creativity while earning experience.
From a crossover with Star Wars to various LEGO Styles based on a multitude of characters and recent updates, LEGO Fortnite has been busy since its launch. Now, you might have another reason to log in next week with Build It Week.
Build It Week has been announced to take place from August 24 to 31 and players can take part by building something according to provided prompts and showing it off on either the LEGO Fortnite Discord or Reddit. Some of these submissions may then be highlighted on social media, but there are no physical prizes.
It’s worth noting that those levelling up their Marvel Battle Pass this season can earn a considerable amount of experience from playing LEGO Fortnite. Build It Week could be the perfect excuse to dive back in daily and earn more Marvel-based cosmetics.
The end of the trailer on LEGO Fortnite’s X (formerly Twitter) account shares that this is the Summer Build It Week, suggesting that the team intends to hold similar events in the future.
Build It Week starts tomorrow and it as well as Gamescom will be useful in counting down the weeks until the LEGO Fortnite sets launch in October.
