LEGO brings forward retirement of eight Star Wars sets, including two 25th-anniversary models

The LEGO Group has shaved up to a year off the shelf life of eight different LEGO Star Wars sets – including two 25th-anniversary products – which will now retire by the end of 2025.

A total of 21 LEGO Star Wars sets are now up for retirement by the end of this year, and in the mix for the first time are 75394 Imperial Star Destroyer, 75381 Droideka and 75393 TIE Fighter & X-wing Mash-up. All three of those sets were originally scheduled to remain on shelves until the end of 2026. Five other sets have also been brought forward from July 2026 to December 2025, offering a little less time to add them to your collection.

Those include the longstanding 75304 Darth Vader Helmet, plus 2024 sets 75373 Ambush on Mandalore Battle Pack, 75378 BARC Speeder Escape, 75386 Paz Vizsla and Moff Gideon Battle and 75390 Luke Skywalker X-Wing Mech. If you’re angling for a complete LEGO Star Wars 25th anniversary collection, 75394 Imperial Star Destroyer (and its exclusive Cal Kestis minifigure) and 75381 Droideka (with its anniversary plaque) are the ones to aim for.

Also on the way out this year are Ultimate Collector Series sets 75331 The Razor Crest and 75355 X-Wing Starfighter, alongside 75357 Ghost & Phantom II, 75376 Tantive IV, 75396 Desert Skiff & Sarlacc Pit and several more besides. All of the new-for-2025 sets, meanwhile – including 75401 Ahsoka’s Jedi Interceptor and 75402 ARC-170 Starfighter – are currently scheduled to retire by the end of 2026.
