LEGO Hocus Pocus fan designer has more minifigures up her sleeve

The fan designer for LEGO Ideas 21341 Disney Hocus Pocus: The Sanderson Sisters’ Cottage has another way to get your hands on extra minifigures for the set.

While there's a lot to love about the latest LEGO Ideas, we couldn't but notice that a few characters from the original film were missing from the minifigure line-up, if we would have our way. We weren't alone, with several people commenting on social media that, at the very least, 21341 Disney Hocus Pocus: The Sanderson Sisters’ Cottage should have included fan-favourite Billy Butcherson.

While understandable budget and manufacturing constraints mean that not every beloved character Hocus Pocus can make it into the LEGO Ideas set as a minifigure, the original fan designer Amber Veyt nonetheless has a magic trick up her sleeve. She commented on the Brick Fanatics Instagram post, hinting that she personally might have a surprise for those who want a more filled-out cast to populate 21341 Disney Hocus Pocus: The Sanderson Sisters’ Cottage.

"I've made those characters for my display but I'm planning on making them and [selling] them online so everyone can have one," Amber wrote in a comment on our Instagram post. "Working on it right now."

When asked how exactly to get the extra five characters (Billy Butcherson, Emily Binx, Thackery Binx, Ernie ‘Ice’ and Jay, and possibly more), Amber replied that people should keep an eye on her personal Instagram account, @theambrinator, and she will have more details on where to buy them from her directly. She already shared concepts for the characters in her original design, which you can see below.
