LEGO Ideas' medieval range needs a fan-designed tavern

LEGO Ideas has been leaning into fantasy and medieval models for the past few years and it would benefit from expanding with a huge tavern.

Following in the footsteps of 21325 Medieval Blacksmith, Killamanya's Medieval Tavern/Inn has earned a spot in the third 2024 review round after nearly a year of gathering support. Though the piece count isn't stated, it's at least double the size of 21325 Medieval Blacksmith with just as many interior details and architectural features on the outside.

The tavern has a stable to the side to keep horses overnight and it would pair perfectly with LEGO Castle builds and 71047 Dungeons & Dragons alike. Considering the success that 21325 Medieval Blacksmith found on shelves before its retirement, this fan-designed model may have more of a chance than most other builds in the third 2024 review.

Comparing it directly to 21325 Medieval Blacksmith, many aspects have been borrowed including the tiled roof using shield elements and the wood framing using the same techniques and assemblies. It's different enough to act as a good companion to the previous set though and we shall have to see how successful it is in the third 2024 review as the year comes to a close.
