LEGO Ideas second 2026 review turns oceanic with Stilt House

A 22nd project has reached the 10,000-supporter milestone in the second LEGO Ideas review of 2026, this time with a storybook-inspired house above the waves.

Titled Stilt House and designed by Norton74, the project depicts a postcard-like coastal scene: a fisherman’s A-frame cabin perched high above the water and only accessible by boat.

The build features a vibrant shack sitting atop tall wooden stilts, connected by a staircase leading down toward the sea. 

The set was not approved in the May 2024 LEGO Ideas review, but will be hoping to turn the tides this time around. It includes two minifigures: Pablo, dressed in bright yellow fishing gear, and Theo, wearing a sailor’s hat.

The diorama is rich in wildlife detail, including Theo’s cat, a crab, and fish caught in a fishing net. It also features a brick-built seagull perched on a rock.

The design draws inspiration from real-world stilt houses found in parts of Southeast Asia and South America, while still maintaining a distinctly LEGO aesthetic.

Although no piece count has been revealed, the model appears to use a wide range of building techniques, particularly in its water detailing and the intricate cabin structure.

Norton74’s submission joins an ever-growing list of projects in the second LEGO Ideas review of 2026. With submissions still open for just over three more months, that number is expected to continue rising.
