LEGO Ideas Twilight set price and piece count rumoured

The first rumoured details for the upcoming LEGO Ideas Twilight set have surfaced online, including word of a smaller piece count than was pitched.

Instagram user a.clay.brick reports to have the first details of the upcoming LEGO Ideas Twilight set based on the project from Nick Micheels. As we always state, be sure to take all rumours with caution, especially with how the LEGO rumour mill has been over the past month.

It's stated that this will be the next LEGO Ideas set to be released with the set number 21354. 21354 Twilight: Cullen House is said to be priced at $219.99 for 2,001 pieces. Not only is that seven off referencing the release date for the original Twilight movie and four off referencing the release year for the original book, but it's also nearly 1,000 less than the originally pitched design.

The fan-designed mansion model from Nick Micheels features 2,995 pieces making up the house and a tree, a wolf figure and four minifigures. Such a massive piece count decrease might suggest that the tree, wolf and possibly the back wall of the house have been left out of the official design, though that's not certain.

Either way, 2,995 pieces to 2,001 is quite the shift for a LEGO Ideas set and is notably less than 42639 Andrea's Modern Mansion at 2,275 elements. The set is rumoured to be released on February 1, 2025, though this is only a rumour at the time of writing.

It's not surprising to hear that the Twilight model may be next on shelves as it was approved for a set alongside Valentina Bima's Botanical Garden, which finally launches in just a few days. Here's what's currently rumoured for LEGO Ideas in 2025, all of which is to be taken with a pinch of salt.
