LEGO Mariah Carey returns from The LEGO Batman Movie

The latest – but not the first – LEGO Mariah Carey minifigures have appeared in Fortnite following the original singer-inspired Batman minifigure.

As part of Fortnite's annual Winterfest event, Mariah Carey has been added to the game as a pair of purchasable outfits, complete with LEGO Styles. It's an important time of year for the singer and as you might have guessed, All I Want For Christmas Is You has been added to the game as well with a LEGO-compatible emote to pick up.

You can take a look at both new Mariah Carey minifigures below and they're available on the Fortnite item shop right now in a bundle for 2,800 V-Bucks.

These technically aren't the first Mariah Carey minifigures digital or physical in the LEGO portfolio as a Mariah Carey-inspired minifigure appeared in The LEGO Batman Movie in the form of Mayor McCaskill.

2017's 70904 Clayface Splat Attack is the only home of this minifigure and her face print makes it clear that this is a Mariah Carey minifigure, especially since the character is voiced by Carey too.

For anyone wanting to recreate the Fortnite minifigures physically, that head would be a great start though it has been retired for several years. On BrickLink, the head alone costs an average of £1.68.

While LEGO Fortnite minifigures have debuted as part of 77073 Battle Bus, they have all been original characters so far and rumours suggest that they won't change next year. In the meantime, the new Mariah Carey LEGO styles are available now and recreating them is entirely possible.
