LEGO Marvel 76266 Endgame Final Battle includes multiple hidden surprises

There are multiple hidden surprises just waiting to be discovered in the upcoming LEGO Marvel 76266 Endgame Final Battle.

We had our first glimpse yesterday at new LEGO Marvel sets for summer 2023, with four such builds due to arrive on August 1. That’s the day that fans of the MCU will be able to pick up 76249 Venomised Groot, 76261 Spider-Man Final Battle, 76263 Iron Man Hulkbuster vs. Thanos and 76266 Endgame Final Battle.

The latter represents yet another LEGO Marvel set based around the lengthy climax of Avengers: Endgame, but it’s a showdown that seems to potentially have reached its peak with the impressive upcoming build. Clocking in at 794 pieces, 76266 Endgame Final Battle offers an action-packed snapshot of the iconic sequence from the movie, with a destroyed Avengers compound, five minifigures, a Thanos big figure and The Wasp microfigure.

We’ve already discussed how the LEGO Marvel set manages to achieve what recent LEGO Star Wars dioramas couldn’t, with a 360-degree build that sits on a circular base and looks truly dynamic from all angles. In addition, 76266 Endgame Final Battle also includes plenty of Easter eggs and hidden surprises for eagle-eyed comic book fans to spot.

On closer inspection of the LEGO Marvel set it’s possible to find Captain America’s shield in the ruins, Thor’s hammer (carelessly misplaced), the green Infinity time stone and even the rat that freed Scott Lang’s trapped Ant-Man from the Quantum Realm.

Other highlights in 76266 Endgame Final Battle arrive in the form of Valkyrie’s winged steed emerging from a mystical portal, the ability to expand the set by pulling on a pair of built-in handles and the Quantum Realm portal hidden in the back of a wrecked van.
