LEGO MASTERS 2024 will feature an allstars international competition

A new format of LEGO MASTERS coming in 2024 will see Australian contestants go up against builders from around the world.

LEGO MASTERS Australia will air its sixth season of the brick-building competition in 2024, but this time with a twist. Australian broadcaster Nine revealed that next year will see a special edition of the show, with four Australian pairs going up against four pairs who have already appeared on other iterations of the show from around the world. That means previous contestants from other LEGO MASTERS seasons will return to our screens once more.

LEGO MASTERS has already been created in 16 different countries, with the most recent being Japan but also including the UK, the US, Germany, and more – although surprisingly not the LEGO Group's own homeland of Denmark. That offers a wide variety of LEGO MASTERS pairs to choose from, especially as several regions have multiple seasons of the brick-based show.

Nine also confirmed that LEGO MASTERS Australia's usual presenter and judging duo of Hamish Blake and Ryan 'Brickman' McNaught will return to the show. The teams will compete for the chance to win $100,000 and the crowning title of the best LEGO building team in the world, with various themed challenges centred around building extravagant, sturdy, and creative LEGO models.
