Minifigure collectors and hunters alike will want to know about six sets in particular during the latest LEGO Insiders double points event.
Of the hundreds of LEGO sets retiring in 2024, there are some that you'll want to look closely at since they contain some unique and otherwise appealing minifigures. These collectable characters have become a crucial part of LEGO sets and the LEGO Group is all too aware of their popularity.
These six sets are ones that minifigure hunters may want to keep an eye on during this double points event, offering enticing characters and lots of minifigures.
76252 Batcave – Shadow Box may not have as many minifigures as other sets on this list, but the minifigures it does include inspired by Batman Returns are ideal for DC enthusiasts and many of these iterations seem unlikely to return in any other model. Catwoman and Penguin should be particularly exciting for Batman fans.
71741 NINJAGO City Gardens has many original minifigures for both NINJAGO and LEGO enthusiasts to appreciate, featuring all manner of references to the animated series and a non-Crystalised version of The Mechanic to boot. You'll even find Clutch Powers from one of the first LEGO movies.
LEGO Indiana Jones 77015 Temple of the Golden Idol is one of several Indiana Jones sets retiring at the end of the year as the archaeologist looks to be leaving the LEGO portfolio soon, or at least taking a break. Don't miss out on the four minifigures exclusive to this set, three of which are characters that won't be found elsewhere.
LEGO Ideas 21339 BTS Dynamite is both retiring and discounted right now during the latest double points event and music enthusiasts may be attracted to its seven minifigures for recreating BTS. LEGO enthusiasts shouldn't shy away from it either though, including some unique fashion to add to your LEGO city with realistic skin tones to boot.
LEGO Star Wars fans have plenty to prioritise when it comes to retiring minifigures with 75290 Mos Eisley Cantina but don't let 75365 Yavin IV Rebel Base pass you by either with its exclusive outfits, those printed celebration medals and 10 total minifigures as well as two astromech figures.
LEGO Disney's 43225 The Little Mermaid Royal Clamshell features the only minifigures inspired by the live-action The Little Mermaid with five minifigures to collect, all with pieces that may be useful in fantasy displays including one based on Dungeons & Dragons.
