New LEGO One Piece sets are more expensive than originally stated in the US

Several of this summer’s LEGO One Piece sets are more expensive in the US than the LEGO Group originally stated in its press release.

If you’re heading to LEGO.com to pre-order any of the upcoming One Piece Season 2 sets (perhaps to qualify for 40907 Restaurants of the World: Mexico), you might have noticed that a few of the prices are different to those we first reported yesterday. That’s a result of a mismatch between the prices provided in the press release for the set and the actual prices listed on LEGO.com.

75642 Showdown with Captain Smoker, 75645 Battle at Drum Castle and 75646 Garp’s Marine Battleship are all $10 more expensive than originally reported stateside, coming in at $69.99, $109.99 and $179.99 respectively. The prices in the UK and Europe haven’t changed: they’re still £54.99 / €59.99, £89.99 / €99.99 and £149.99 / €169.99.

This isn’t the first time we’ve seen a discrepancy between US and Euro prices in recent memory, as the effect of US tariffs is seemingly borne out in the LEGO Group’s pricing strategy. But when the press release includes different prices, it does suggest that some of these decisions are being made late in the day, or else the left hand isn’t talking to the right.

The other LEGO One Piece summer 2026 sets – 75641 Dr. Hiriluk’s Hideout, 75643 Tony Tony Chopper and 75644 Dorry vs. Brogy – Giants of Little Garden – are the same prices as initially reported in the US, and consistent numerically with their Euro counterparts. LEGO One Piece 2026 sets

All of these sets are available to pre-order now in most regions around the world, and will all count towards 40907 Restaurants of the World: Mexico, which is free with orders above £160 / $180 / €180 until April 19, or while stocks last. They’re not due to ship until August, though, so you might want to throw something small that’s available now into your bag to ensure the GWP arrives pronto.
