The LEGO Group is bringing brick-built holiday magic to Louis Vuitton's window displays throughout the festive season.
Every year, designer brands around the world pull out all the stops for their festive decor. For passersby, the windows are the best way to make a great impression. This holiday season, Louis Vuitton will team up with the LEGO Group for their Christmas decorations.
While only rendered images are available right now, Women's Wear Daily reports that the displays will feature Christmas trees made from thousands of LEGO bricks. The French brand first unveiled the planned decor on October 29 and they will be on display throughout the holiday season until January 1.

As well as the Christmas trees, the display will also be localised to Paris, with brick-built versions of famous landmarks like the Arc de Triomphe and the Pont Neuf bridge, as well as Vuitton classics like the brand’s signature trunks, complete with authentic-looking hardware and handles.
Some stores will also receive exterior designs, ranging from six feet to almost 50 feet tall, all made from LEGO bricks. For those shopping in the stores, they will also take away their wares wrapped in special packaging with LEGO motifs. Once Christmas is over and the displays are taken down, the bricks will be gifted to local schools to avoid unnecessary waste.
This isn't the first time the luxury fashion brand collaborated with the LEGO Group, having also worked together on the 200 Trunks, 200 Visionaries exhibition, centred around a giant birthday cake made of 31,700 LEGO bricks. The collection toured the world this year, visiting locations such as New York City, Paris, France, Singapore, and LA.
