LEGO Sonic the Hedgehog rumours include a new Tornado set

Two more LEGO Sonic the Hedgehog set rumours have surfaced, including our second model of Tails’ Tornado plane. 

Instagram user lego_minecraft_goat is back with more 2026 LEGO rumours, this time concerning the future of Sonic the Hedgehog. The source states that two more Sonic the Hedgehog sets will be released in August, one of which was already known, but it now has a reported name.   

77119 Tails's Tornado-1 is rumoured to cost $29.99 / €29.99, but the source notes that US prices can change. This would follow the first Tornado model in 2023’s 76991 Tails' Workshop and Tornado Plane, but the stated name has a specific designation. 

The Tornado-1 is the specific model of plane seen in Sonic Unleashed, featuring an X-Wing-adjacent unfolding feature to switch into battle mode. There have been no LEGO sets based on Sonic Unleashed in the theme so far. 

The other LEGO Sonic the Hedgehog set stated in this report is 77120 for $49.99 but with no additional details. That’s aside from a stated release in August later this year, when 77119 Tails's Tornado-1 is also claimed to launch. 

We’ve updated the list of LEGO Sonic the Hedgehog sets rumoured and confirmed for release this year with this information but take it with a pinch of salt until officially confirmed. In the meantime, the two Crossworlds racing models are out now.
