LEGO Speed Champions get a rumoured price hike in 2025

More details have surfaced for LEGO Speed Champions 2025 sets, suggesting price increases ahead for both single and double sets.

Update: The source has now come forward via their Instagram stating that while everything else remains accurate, the prices for the three single Speed Champions packs should be $26.99, not $27.99 as was rumoured initially.

Four LEGO Speed Champions sets rumoured for 2025 only previously known by their set numbers now have names thanks to Instagram user lego_minecraft_goat, offering a better idea of what to expect. That includes three solo cars with 77237 Dodge Challenger STR Hellcat Race Car, 77239 Porsche 911 GT3 RS Super Car, and 77240 Bugatti Centodieci Sport Car, and one duo with 77238 Lamborghini Revuelto & Hurácan.

We've also got rumoured prices for those sets, with all three single ones expected to be priced at $27.99 and the double at $44.99. That's a price increase of $1 for the former and $2 for the latter, differing from the confirmed prices we have for the LEGO Speed Champions Formula 1 sets, which will remain at $26.99.

If the rumoured prices prove to be true, that could suggest that the price increase will be for LEGO Speed Champions released from the summer onwards, seeing as the Formula 1 sets come out in March, in time with the start of the racing season.
