A group of LEGO Star Wars characters are taking part in the LEGO Group's #BuildToGive initiative this year.
Instagram user Michael Günther, going by the username @judgehoschi, has posed a number of the festive LEGO Star Wars minifigures with their very own miniature brick-built presents. In the caption of the post, they encouraged their audience to take part in the #BuildToGive initiative, the LEGO Group's holiday charity challenge.
"It's also Christmas in the Star Wars universe and Darth Vader, the Mandalorian, and C2PO also want to take part in the initiative from LEGO," reads the caption, translated from German. "Here are the presents we made as part of the #BuildToGive challenge. Join us too!"
For the past few years, the LEGO Group has run the Build To Give programme around Christmastime. It's easy to take part for yourself. Simply build something – literally anything, although many people tend to build presents or other festive models – and then share it on social media, using the hashtag #BuildToGive. The LEGO Group will donate a set to a child in need of play for every post that's shared. You can also find more details on the Build To Give page of the LEGO website.
