While we've seen ships similar to both before, LEGO Star Wars 75364 New Republic E-Wing vs. Shin Hati’s Starfighter still brings something new.
Ahead of both its release on September 1 and the debut of Disney+'s Ahsoka, Brick Fanatics' video editor Matthew got his hands on LEGO Star Wars 75364 New Republic E-Wing vs. Shin Hati’s Starfighter. The set features two ships, both pulled straight out of the show but also sharing similarities in both appearance and build process to brick-built ships we've seen before in the LEGO Star Wars theme.
While the E-Wing is reminiscent of the classic X-Wing in many ways, the Starfighter appears to be similar in shape to the N-1, only with a fresh red and gold paint job. Still, while there might be some shared features, there are also enough new features and changes to still get you, like Matthew, excited about 75364 New Republic E-Wing vs. Shin Hati’s Starfighter.
[bdproduct search='star+wars' sort='discount' numberOfRecord='4' brand='' sliderMinValues='0' sliderMaxValues='750']"From what we've seen in trailers for Ahsoka, the LEGO version of this E-Wing looks cooler and more interesting than the one in the show," commented Matthew. "The colour scheme in particular stands out.
"You may have had your fill of X-Wings in the past – this does the same kind of thing but in a slightly different way."
