Upcoming LEGO Star Wars magazine AT-TE free gift revealed

A mini AT-TE model will be included as a free gift with an upcoming issue of Immediate Media’s LEGO Star Wars magazine.

LEGO Star Wars magazine continues to offer fans an often tantalising selection of brick-based freebies from a galaxy far, far away on a monthly basis. Issue 96 of the officially-licensed Immediate Media title is currently available on UK newsstands and comes with a 61-piece Y-wing model, with Issue 97 set to include a Scout Trooper minifigure.

The latter most-recently appeared in 75353 Endor Speeder Chase Diorama and a number of other sets over the years, but still might prove to be a worthy addition to some fans looking to add to their Imperial forces. Following that, LEGO Star Wars magazine will be offering up yet another mini build, this time focusing on a familiar vehicle from the Clone Wars era.

Instagram user lifebricks has posted an image of the next issue page from an upcoming German version of LEGO Star Wars magazine that’s due to be published on July 15. The free gift with the issue is a 62-piece AT-TE that appears to capture the overall look of the vehicle, despite only using a small selection of elements. The mini build also acts as a scaled version of 75337 AT-TE Walker, although that 1,082-piece LEGO Star Wars set easily towers over its tiny companion.

The European edition of LEGO Star Wars magazine usually runs a few months ahead of the UK title, so it’s possible the free AT-TE gift may not be available until sometime in August. It’s not yet been revealed what item might be included as a freebie beyond that, although it’s likely that LEGO Star Wars magazine could offer up yet another collectible minifigure character.
