With the LEGO Insiders Rewards Centre still down, the LEGO Group is apparently working on a solution as the official start to LEGO Insiders Weekend draws closer.
LEGO Insiders Weekend kicks off tomorrow (November 18) but a range of discounts and rewards should have been available to redeem from today. However, ongoing tech issues have plagued the Rewards Centre, meaning the rewards are inaccessible. While the LEGO Group hasn't released an official statement on what issues the page might be facing, it has replaced the earlier error messages with an explanation, titled: "Oops, there's been a problem."
"We are under maintenance," continues the message. "You won't be able to access your account and rewards. You'll still be able to earn points though."
Some members of the LEGO Community have taken to X (formerly Twitter) to ask the LEGO Group what's going on. In response, the official LEGO X page has confirmed that the team is working on a solution.
"Our team is working out the bricks to have rewards up and running," the account posted. "Please try again later to redeem your Insiders points."
There's no word yet on when this solution might be on the way, but we can only hope it comes before LEGO Insiders Weekend begins in earnest tomorrow. It's possible that if the tech issues interfere with the promotional event that it will be extended or rescheduled in some way, so that LEGO fans can still make the most of the various free gifts, rewards, discounts, and double points in some shape or form.
