Massive LEGO Star Wars MTT rumoured for 2025

This year's LEGO Star Wars May the 4th gift-with-purchase is starting to make sense as a massive MTT is now rumoured for 2025.

Instagram user fateful_04, who has a reliable track record, has come forward once more with new LEGO Star Wars rumours, including an update on a previously reported model. Before getting into the latter though, 75435 MTT is rumoured to be coming next August for $149.99.

There have only been three MTT models anywhere near this price point, with the last being 75058 MTT from 2014. Another build of this prequel trilogy vehicle is long overdue. For $149.99 in LEGO Star Wars, it may be around the same size as the older model but we can only hope that it comes with plenty of battle droids should the rumour be accurate.

With this rumour in mind, the 40686 Trade Federation Troop Carrier gift-with-purchase from May the 4th 2024 is starting to make a lot of sense. This may have been designed to link with the rumoured MTT in terms of its design, but that's far from confirmed right now.

Alongside the MTT, the source also reports that 75430 will be the buildable Ewok figure that was rumoured earlier this year. It's said to cost $89.99 and also launch in August 2025. That's roughly on par with 75403 Grogu with Hover Pram for an idea of size, potentially putting the rumoured Ewok to scale with the other Star Wars buildable figures released in recent years, including 75398 C-3PO.
