New Minifigure Factory designs might be as close to LEGO Megatron as we'll ever get

New LEGO Transformers Minifigure Factory designs are probably as close as fans will ever get to a brick-built Megatron.

The LEGO Group's online Minifigure Factory service, as well as selected stores that already have the feature, will be able to print Transformers-themed designs on torsos, as well as two pre-designed torsos. The first is one themed to Soundwave, with 'More than meets the eye' printed on the front and Soundwave in his cassette player form on the back.

The next is a Megatron-themed torso, printed on a black background with the quote 'You have been deceived' on the front and Megatron's face on the back. You can also choose the colour of the arms, if you want to have an all-black torso. This is perhaps as close to LEGO Megatron as we're likely to get, with the Decepticon leader turning into weapons that wouldn't align with the LEGO Group's guidelines.

Three other designs – based on the Transformers Animated AllSpark and Autobot and Decepticon insignias – can be placed anywhere on a torso and resized. We've blown them up on the torso to best see them, but you could arrange them as you please on your own torso.
