The LEGO Group has revealed the first in a series of four GWPs, at the same time as rumours swirl about an upcoming double Insiders points event.
40782 Tropical Rainforest Diorama has appeared on LEGO.com, showcasing what is set to become an upcoming gift-with-purchase. Looking at the set description, the LEGO Group states that this will be "the first of four building kits in the LEGO collectible series, created to celebrate the wonders of travel and nature."
Presumably, that means we'll get three more similar diorama, perhaps showcasing some other environments from around the world. Some sensible choices could include a desert, a forest, or an icy landscape, but there are certainly plenty of options for the LEGO designers to play with.
While the LEGO Group hasn't officially confirmed the details of 40782 Tropical Rainforest Diorama just yet, rumours reported by Clay Bricks via TRIPB suggest it will launch on February 8 for a minimum spend of $150, running until February 12. For that same time span, TRIPB also expects there to be a double LEGO Insiders points event, marking the first of its kind in 2025.
Double points mean that you can earn the equivalent of 10% cashback on your purchases from LEGO.com if you exchange your Insiders points for vouchers down the line. Take this with a pinch of salt for now, as it's not 100% confirmed by the LEGO Group, but it might be worth holding off on any LEGO.com purchases for now if you want to get the most bang for your buck.
