Next LEGO modular building rumoured to be back to the norm

The next LEGO modular building is now rumoured to be going back to normal as more LEGO Icons 2025 rumours appear online.

After 10326 Natural History Museum took the LEGO Modular Buildings Collection on a brief detour in 2023, released in December 2023 rather than in January 2024, it's now stated that the next LEGO modular building will be back to the normal release schedule.

The reliable a.clay.brick on Instagram states that 10350 – which is rumoured to be either a townhouse or a bed and breakfast – will launch on January 1, 2025, instead of December 2024 as was previously rumoured. This makes more sense based on the history of the LEGO Modular Buildings Collection and it would appear that 10326 Natural History Museum's release date was only a trial according to this rumour.

You should still take this rumour with caution, but a new modular on January 1 each year has been a tradition aside from the museum. The user also states that a new LEGO Botanical Collection set is coming in February in the form of the $100 10345 with 1,161 pieces.

That's all the details reported for the build but with its rumoured release in February, something to time with Valentine's Day similar to 10328 Bouquet of Roses would make the most sense.
