Rumoured LEGO Ideas prices offer clues about what's coming next

Details are scarce on the LEGO Ideas sets due for release in 2025 but two rumoured prices might offer an idea of what's on the way.

According to the latest reports from the often reliable lego_minecraft_goat, two LEGO Ideas sets known by their set numbers, 21357 and 21359, now have rumoured prices of $69.99 and $59.99 respectively. That suggests the builds will be on the smaller side, narrowing down which of the LEGO Ideas sets we know are in production could be behind those set numbers.

Out of that number, two fan-designed builds – Micro Rail Command Center and Moon Car – are LEGO Insiders Rewards, not LEGO sets. That means the other projects small enough to likely have a mid-range price tag include Danieldbradleyy's Knowledge is Power, Rob Vangansewinkel's Minifigure Prize Machine, terauma's Gizmo, Toby Brett's Disney Pixar Luxo Jr., and ddf72's Minerals Display.

Considering the latter two were only confirmed towards the end of last year, that doesn't feel like long enough to turn around finalised designs, unless those sets are coming towards the end of 2025 – and even then, it would be a push.

Typically, it takes over a year for sets to go from being approved to on shelves. That means it's more likely for some of the earlier builds to come out first. It's worth noting that, with 10 LEGO Ideas sets rumoured for this year, that's enough set numbers to get all of the current fan-designed builds confirmed to be in production out on shelves this year.
