The LEGO Ideas community wants it that way, with 10,000 supporters pledging support to a Backstreet Boys-themed project.
Would-be fan designer H1GHDEF1N1T1ON's Backstreet Boys: I Want It That Way has gained 10,000 supporters on LEGO Ideas, putting it in with the chance of becoming a future LEGO Ideas set. The build recreates the 'I Want It That Way' music video, including all five band members as minifigures and a brick-built jet.
Released in 1999, the song has generated over a billion streams over the last couple of decades, and now has gained an even more impressive accolade: the support of the LEGO Ideas community. It becomes the 11th project in the third review of 2025, going up against the other sets to be in with a chance of becoming a future set.
