Two festive LEGO GWPs have been officially revealed

LEGOLAND Malaysia has offered a first look at two upcoming gifts-with-purchase tied to the holiday season.

LEGOLAND Malaysia has shared a promotional image of two GWPs on its Facebook page: 40701 Ballerina & Nutcracker Scene and 40702 Christmas Picture Frame. The only threshold details shared are in the local currency of Malaysian ringgit, with 40701 coming free on all LEGO orders over RM750 – around £130 / $170 – between December 6 and 31 and 40702 coming with all LEGO spends over RM350 – around £60 / $80 between December 13 and 31, or while stocks last.

That gives us a rough idea of how much we can expect to spend to get our hands on the festive GWPs, if they become available around the world. That wouldn't be the first time that a LEGOLAND location has revealed a GWP that ended up becoming available worldwide.

The builds themselves are fairly detailed, with 40701 Ballerina & Nutcracker Scene depicting a gold and nougat stage, complete with a ballerina minifigure in front of a brightly coloured decorated Christmas tree. 40702 Christmas Picture Frame has room to add in a photo of your own when built, complete with festive details like presents, a snowman, a Christmas tree, and a spring of holly with bells.
