Of particular note and that would fit into this category based on official sets based on licenses are the Breath of the Wild Stables from Hanwasyellowfirst, The Legend of Zelda BOTW: Hyrule Castle and BrianGreen's 1986 The Legend of Zelda model. There's room for BrickHeadz too with plenty of characters from Link to Tingle to cover.
The standard LEGO theme strategy
Alternatively, LEGO The Legend of Zelda could embrace a more familiar strategy for a full theme, taking inspiration from the likes of LEGO Super Mario, LEGO Animal Crossing and LEGO Monkie Kid.
