Win modular building in new LEGO Ideas vacation challenge

A new LEGO Ideas challenge is now underway, with a massive prize package up for grabs that even includes the latest modular building.

The latest challenge in LEGO Ideas is all about holidays and vacations alike, inviting you to build your dream trip this summer for a chance to win a prize package with sets worth nearly £700. The challenge is intended to celebrate the upcoming release of 21359 Italian Riviera, but the newest LEGO Ideas set is not included in either of the prize packages.

As usual, your submission will need to avoid any IP, use only generic minifigures, and must be something brand new that you haven't shared online or submitted on LEGO Ideas before. Follow those rules and submit your build before September 2 to be in with a chance at winning the grand prize, which includes 10350 Tudor Corner and 21353 The Botanical Garden.

After the end of the submission period, LEGO Ideas users will be able to vote three times for their favourite builds between September 4 and 15. These votes will decide the 10 finalists that proceed to the expert review. The 10 fan designers behind these models will win a prize package including 21358 Minifigure Vending Machine and 21357 Luxo Jr., and a panel of judges will determine which build wins the grand prize out of this selection.

It's a different method from the usual fan vote system used in LEGO Ideas challenges, but one that will see the winner revealed by September 29 at the latest. While the prize packages don't include 21359 Italian Riviera, you can pick up the LEGO Ideas starting from August 7 for LEGO Insiders or August 10 widely for £249.99 / $299.99 / €279.99.
