A new walkthrough video for the five LEGO BrickLink Designer Program Series 7 sets has revealed many more details for the limited-edition models.
The BrickLink Designer Program team are preparing for the start of crowdfunding for the Series 7 sets next month, going through the final designs in a video walkthrough.
Whether you've been curious about the functions of the Privateer Frigate Fortuna or need to know more about the affordable W.A.L.T. set, we've gone through the full video and picked out all the new information.
Privateer Frigate Fortuna
The Privateer Frigate Fortuna takes up a significant portion of the video due to its massive size, showcasing the underside of the ship and some of its functions, like the spinning minifigures that can pull up the anchor.
A closer look at the stickers was also provided, as well as a look at the interior section at the front of the ship. Most notably, the team sat it next to Series 5's Thieves of Tortuga, and it understandably dwarfs that prior BrickLink set. The two look good together, and the larger build doesn't completely obscure the port.
Alchemist's Shop
The Alchemist's Shop's portion of the video is especially interesting, immediately drawing the eye through a comparison with the retired LEGO Ideas 21325 Medieval Blacksmith. Hopefully, you already have that retired set as the two look fantastic next to one another.
In fact, there's even a mini 21325 Medieval Blacksmith on the top floor of the Alchemist's Shop, stated to be one of several mini-build Easter eggs to sets that inspired the Series 7 models.
Sushi Restaurant
Moving to the Sushi Restaurant, the official images showcase most of the model, but the video offered a peek inside an interior space not seen before. After explaining that the restaurant, without the track, is the same dimensions as a standard modular building, the team then showcased its size next to Series 6's Art Factory, explaining that the restaurant is roughly on the same scale as other LEGO buildings in or compatible with the modular collection.
Antique Collection

The Antique Collection ended the video, with not much else to showcase that wasn't in official images. A few removable drawers were highlighted, featuring more storage for unique LEGO pieces.
These five Series 7 sets go up for crowdfunding on February 16 at 8 AM PT for exactly one week. You can take a closer look at the final build designs by clicking here.
