Free LEGO Star Wars model event confirmed for May the 4th

A free LEGO Star Wars model event has been confirmed for May the 4th 2025, offering up a new icon of the franchise to take home.

May the 4th 2025, is getting close,r and we're still waiting to hear more about the LEGO Group's plans for Star Wars Day this year. Thankfully, the curtain has been lifted slightly today with the first word of the annual plans to celebrate all things Star Wars.

A new blog post on the official online store has announced that LEGO Stores will play host to a new Make and Take event on May 4, giving away a LEGO Star Wars model of Grogu in a hover pram. Further details are almost certainly forthcoming but in the meantime, you might want to make some plans to visit your local LEGO Store next month.

There's no telling what the Grogu in a hover pram build will look like, aside from something smaller than 75403 Grogu with Hover Pram. Though minifigures are uncommon in LEGO Make and Take models, something similar to the Grogu and pram figure from 75403 Grogu with Hover Pram seems much more likely.

Last year, a trio of buildable LEGO Star Wars figures of Darth Vader, Yoda and Princess Leia were offered and we'd recommend setting expectations accordingly ahead of May 4. This is the first news of the LEGO Group's plans for May the 4th to surface so far, but more is on the way tomorrow in a dedicated livestream.
