LEGO Sonic x Roblox set to enter its final week of in-game rewards

The LEGO Group, Sega, and Gamefam have teamed up to bring LEGO Sonic to Roblox, with one week left to score in-game rewards.

Throughout the month of August, LEGO Sonic has been part of Sega’s Sonic Speed Simulator on Roblox. The limited-time event offers players the chance to participate in challenges and quests while earning in-game rewards inspired by the brick-built Blue BLur.

That includes the LEGO Brick Hill Zone, a specially-built world that transforms Sonic’s iconic Green Hill Zone aesthetic into the typical LEGO style. Players can interact with gameplay elements, including digital versions of 77006 Team Sonic Command Truck and 77005 Knuckles vs. Dr. Eggman Egg Crusher Mech.

The first three weeks saw dedicated challenges, like collecting LEGO bricks to enter the event in the first week, exploring the LEGO Brick Hill Zone in the second week to include Sonic and Tails minifigures, and participating in the Shadow Revenge Event to unlock Dr Eggman's Mech and minifigures of Shadow and Metal Sonic.

Looking ahead to next week, starting August 23, the month will round off with a rescue mission using the Team Sonic Command Truck ATV to locate scattered LEGO animals across the Brick Hill Zone. Rewards for the week include a Knuckles Minifigure and a Knuckles Guardian Mech.

Sonic Speed Simulator, which is hosting the month-long event, was developed by Gamefam in partnership with Sega and is the top-performing branded game on Roblox, with more than 1.2 billion visits since its launch in April 2022.
