The next Star Wars Celebration will take place in 2027, celebrating Episode IV's 50th anniversary – but where will it be held?
In two years time, at the next Star Wars Celebration, the event will be celebrating the 50th anniversary of Star Wars: A New Hope. At the closing event of Star Wars Celebration Japan 2025, it was announced that it will return stateside in 2027.
Star Wars Celebration 2027 will take place between April 1 and 4, 2027 at the Los Angeles Convention Center in California, marking the first time Star Wars Celebration has been held in Los Angeles since 2006. The 50th anniversary of Episode IV is sure to be the central focus of the event, paying tribute to the first-ever Star Wars film to ever come to our screens.
We can likely expect dedicated panels, familiar faces from the movie, and insights from those instrumental in the film's making. Of course, as with any Star Wars Celebration, there will probably be a variety of events covering every facet of a galaxy far, far away - as well as looking to the future for what fans can expect in the form of TV shows, movies, games, and more.
